Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026 • Effective date: January 1, 2025
At Vectoolz (accessible from https://vectoolz.com), one of our core priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information that is collected and recorded by Vectoolz and how we use it.
If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us at contact@vectoolz.com.
1. Client-Side Execution & The Zero-Server-Upload Guarantee
Unlike traditional online file converters and calculation portals, Vectoolz is engineered from the ground up to operate 100% inside your web browser:
- Local Math & Financial Calculators: All numbers, ratios, mortgage amortizations, currency figures, and equations typed into our calculators are computed exclusively on your local device CPU via client-side JavaScript. No calculation inputs are sent over the network.
- Local Image Optimization & Conversion: When you compress images, convert JPG to PNG, resize photos, or crop pictures, all image rasterization takes place in HTML5 Canvas and browser memory. Your images never leave your computer or phone.
- Local Code & Text Processing: When formatting JSON, decoding JWT tokens, testing regular expressions, or counting words, all processing happens locally. Sensitive tokens, passwords, and source code are never uploaded or logged on any server.
2. Standard Log Files
Vectoolz follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting services do this as part of hosting service analytics and infrastructure security.
The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information to ensure uptime and DDOS protection.
3. Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other website, Vectoolz uses "cookies". These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, such as your chosen color theme (Light or Dark Mode) via browser localStorage, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
4. Google DoubleClick DART Cookie & Advertising Partners
Google is one of the third-party vendors on our site. It also uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to https://vectoolz.com and other sites on the internet.
Visitors may choose to decline or opt out of the use of DART cookies by visiting the Google ad and content network Privacy Policy at the following URL:

Some of our advertising partners may use cookies and web beacons on our site. Our advertising partners include:
- Google AdSense: You can manage personalized ad settings or opt out completely by visiting Google Ads Settings or through the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out page.
Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Vectoolz, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.
Note that Vectoolz has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
5. Third-Party Privacy Policies
Vectoolz's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.
